Hello and welcome to my page! I'm Jan, though I also go by Plant or Ghastly. I'm an artist who likes Arcane, Dead by Daylight, LOTR & The Hobbit, TWD, Coraline (both the book and the movie), Tokyo Ghoul and bugs/insects. I really like spooky/creepy stuff and I'm not easily grossed out. I do commissions as a side job and I occasionally create adopts. I live in the CET timezone, so my response times might be weird (Europeans pls befriend me). As much as I'd like to think that I'm a pretty approachable person, when DMing me or reaching out for the first time, please let me know if you just want to chat or if you're there to discuss a commission or anything else, as I tend to get pretty confused by random "hi" messages.
TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me and purchasing my designs you are stating you have read these TOS
ART & COMMISSIONS
⛧ prices are subject to change based on demand
⛧ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason
⛧ commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval
⛧ don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment
⛧ the time it takes to finish your commission varies, but is usually done within a month
⛧ a fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing — unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change(s) you want me to make
⛧ you must provide a visual reference for your commission, I don't take text-only references
⛧ i reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (instagram, twitter, cara) however if you don't want your commission to be posted please let me know
⛧ you may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, as long as you properly credit me (linktr.ee or other socials work fine)
⛧ you may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, making prints, etc.)
⛧ you may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent
⛧ you may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes
⛧ you may NOT feed my art to AI, use it as NFTs or anything else of the sorts
CHARACTERS & CHARACTER DESIGNS
⛧ don't steal my designs or claim them as your own
⛧ designs you received in a trade may NOT be resold unless you paid for commissioned artwork of that character. In that case, you may only resell them for the value of the commissioned artwork
⛧ you're allowed make changes to the design (change the species, add/remove accessories etc) but keep them recognizable and DON'T whitewash any POC characters
⛧ some characters might have specific TOS so be wary of that and follow them, don't delete them, also, don't place a TOS over my TOS
⛧ colorpicking and copying my designs isn't allowed, however I do allow some inspiration to be taken from them
⛧ I have the right to ask you to remove my art from a character for any reason
⛧ I only do pings/pinglists for certain characters and commissions; feel free to ask if you're curious
⛧ you may draw NSFW of my HUMAN designs; pro-shipping, problematic content & feral nsfw will immediately get you blocked and the design will be revoked without warning
⛧ if the design is on Toyhou.se. always make the character and their art available for me to see
⛧ REVOKING DESIGNS - this is EXTREMELY rare and so far has never happened; HOWEVER I have the full right to revoke a design from anyone, as long as the reason is NOT personal (ex. using my designs for bigotry and spreading hateful messages) without providing a refund to you, along with any art you obtained from said design. If it happens that I do not refund you and request for the design back, the design will NOT be sold for monetary value.
